President of Quintessentially Estates Los Angeles Aram Afshar acts as the head broker, leading a team of agents and managing daily operations. Afshar merged his former real estate business, Afshar Properties, in late 2015 with the world-renowned luxury real estate company Quintessentially Estates, licensed under Coldwell Banker Global Luxury.
Born and raised in Beverly Hills, Afshar credits his parents as his inspiration to pursue a real estate career. As business owners themselves, they instilled in him that investment produces wealth. Now, with over 14 years of experience in Los Angeles’ real estate industry, he has worked in all facets from finance and development to closing over $600 million in sales. Kathy Marshall has been a real estate agent for over 25 years, starting her career in the Brentwood Office of the Jon Douglas Company and then moving to the Beverly Hills Office in 1993 to be partners with infamous Delphine Mann, "Realtor to the Stars". She has participated in prominent sales such as the Cubby Broccoli Estate in Beverly Hills (creator of James Bond), The Sidney Sheldon Estate in Bel Air and Rupert Murdoch's purchase of a winery and home in Bel Air. Kathy came to real estate from the Film Industry where she was a Costume Designer, Stylist and also a Producer of several documentaries. She is married to a Media Executive and has one son, Matthew, who graduated from Stanford and is a data analyst for a non-profit.
